1. Who these terms are between
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Wyntrol ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site - no hard feelings.
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to buy from us.
2. Our products
We describe our products as accurately as we can - we publish the specifications the manufacturer states, and we say plainly what a product does and does not do.
We've made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen's rendering matches the physical product exactly.
What we deliberately do not say: the standard version of this section disclaims that products will "meet your expectations." We won't hide behind that. If a product doesn't help, our guarantee applies - see the Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. What we sell are consumer beauty and health products, worn on the body. They are not medical items, they do not treat or cure any disease, and they are not a substitute for professional medical care. Follow the instructions supplied with your order, including any stated limit on how frequent you can apply a product. Never change or stop a treatment your doctor prescribed based on anything you read here.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include applicable taxes as described in our Shipping Policy. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
We may change our prices over time as costs change - but orders are charged at the price displayed when you place them.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or abuse (for example, obviously mistaken pricing or bulk purchases for resale). If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund promptly.
5. Subscriptions
If you choose the optional subscribe-and-save plan:
- It is opt-in only - you will never be enrolled by default, and nothing ships that you didn't ask for.
- You can skip, pause, or cancel any time from your account page, in one click, effective from your next unshipped order. No calls, no retention hoops.
- We'll email you before each renewal ships.
- Cancelling a subscription never affects your guarantee rights on products already delivered.
6. Shipping, returns, and your guarantee
Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including the 90-day guarantee. Both policies form part of these terms and read identically everywhere they appear on this site - if you ever find a version that differs, tell us, because that would be a mistake and we'll honour the more generous reading.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right that the law of your country gives you and does not allow us to exclude. In particular:
- Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- New Zealand: nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- United Kingdom and Ireland: your statutory rights, including rights relating to distance selling and goods of satisfactory quality, are unaffected.
- United States and Canada: where state or provincial consumer protection law grants you non-waivable rights, those apply.
Where these terms and your statutory rights differ, your statutory rights win.
8. Accuracy of site information
We work to keep everything on this site current and correct, but occasional errors happen - a typo in a price, an outdated stock status. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time. If an error materially affects an order you've placed (for example, a clearly mistaken price), we'll contact you before proceeding rather than silently cancelling or silently charging you.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or suggestions (whether requested or not), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit for length, and publish them in connection with our brand. We will never edit a review to change its meaning or its star rating, and we don't publish fabricated reviews - yours or anyone else's. Don't submit content that is unlawful, abusive, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware. We may remove content that does.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. We're not obligated to monitor submissions, but we may.
10. Acceptable use
Don't use this site or our products for anything unlawful; don't attempt to breach the site's security, scrape it, inject malicious code, or interfere with other users; don't harvest personal information from it; and don't misrepresent yourself as us. We can end or restrict your access for violating these terms.
11. Third-party tools and links
The site may include tools or links we don't control (payment processors, review platforms, carriers). We provide them "as is" and aren't responsible for third-party sites or services - check their terms before using them.
12. Intellectual property
The Wyntrol name, logo, site content, and product copy are ours. Don't reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the site or its content without written permission. Your dog remains entirely your own intellectual property.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the law that applies to you - and always subject to Section 7 above:
- The site itself is provided "as is" and "as available"; we don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not permit that limitation - including liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your non-excludable consumer guarantees.
This section limits liability only as far as the law allows and no further.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the site.
15. Severability, waiver, entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site and your purchases.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION - leave bracketed until incorporation; see decision notes], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, which continue to apply regardless.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with the effective date below. Material changes will be noted plainly - we won't quietly rewrite something you've relied on.
