The 2-Year Hardware Warranty
Every Wyntrol device is covered against hardware failure for two years from the day your order arrives. If it stops working in that time, we replace it.
This is separate from the 90-day money-back guarantee, and it runs a great deal longer. Devices in this category tend to fail somewhere between two and four months in, which is right after a standard return window closes. Ours stays open for twenty-one months after that.
What it covers
Hardware failure in normal household use, including:
- The light and heat panel
- The vibration motors
- The battery and charging
- The controls and display
If the device will not turn on, will not hold a charge, will not heat, or a function stops responding, that is a warranty claim.
What it doesn't cover
- Loss or theft
- Damage from dropping it, crushing it, or getting it wet
- Wear to the fabric and straps from normal use, which is expected over two years
- Devices bought from anyone other than us
How to claim
Email info@wyntrol.com and tell us what it is doing. Include your order number if it is handy, and a photo or a short video of the problem if you can take one.
We do not ask you to post the device back. A picture is enough. There is no form to fill in and no proof-of-purchase to dig out beyond the order we already hold.
Once we have agreed the claim, a replacement ships at our cost.
Two details worth stating plainly
A replacement carries the remainder of the original two years, not a fresh two. If your device fails at month twenty and we replace it, the new one is covered for the remaining four months. We would rather say that here than have you discover it in an email.
The warranty covers replacement, not a refund. If you want your money back, that is the 90-day guarantee, and it is a different thing with a different deadline. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is offered in addition to the rights consumer law gives you, and it does not replace or reduce them. Where a legal right is more generous than what is written here, the legal right applies.
